-We do not accept returns due to the food content of each party pack, therefore no refunds will be given.
- It is your responsibility to keep your party pack in a cool environment due to the food contents.
-We do not accept any liability for the way in which any of the party pack products are used or consumed.
-We pride ourselves in product quality and guarantee that all party packs are quality controlled before leaving the premises, if it is discovered that a product is faulty, you must contact us with in 24 hours of delivery we will be happy to replace the item.
-We do not permit the use of any ideas ,images ,icons or any other content shown on this website to be copied or used by any other parties.
-Although we will always try to have the products delivered to you in due time, we do not accept responsibility for failure of delivery caused by reasons out of our control.
- Some product themes and contents may vary to pictures and pack descriptions provided due to product availability and supply, but we will always replace with a quality product as close to the original as possible.
